Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of portable vehicle charger programs from initial concept to production and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve program goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables
- Conduct regular project reviews, providing updates to Executive Leadership Team on progress, challenges, and achievements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of program management experience within the automotive industry, preferably in a Tier 1 supplier environment or at least 3 years directly related technical experience in the automotive industry
- Tier 1 experience managing Ford is preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and industry regulations
- Proven track record of managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
- Ability and willingness to travel out- of- town
