Position SummaryThe HR Admin will perform various administrative tasks related to all employee life cycle events including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, separations, and general administrative tasks supporting the HR department and plant functions. Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with job requisition approvals.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist the HR Manager and Supervisors through the Performance Management Process.
- Support Payroll and Benefits teams with related administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field
- 3 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
