What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Product Marketing Manager position at Amsino International, Inc.?
Role Responsibilities
- Product Messaging and Positioning: Be the product champion for one or more core Amsino product categories and own responsibility for developing clear, compelling, and differentiated value proposition for the target market. As part of this, coordinate with product development to ensure communication of key product updates and enhancements as well as synthesize sales team and GPO feedback to identify emerging trends and opportunities for Amsino.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive new product launch plans and manage go-to-market strategy for both new and existing products that are appropriate for their stage in the product lifecycle.
- Sales Enablement and Performance Management: Develop marketing collateral and sales tools, presentations, and resources to enable sales success. Review sales performance and adapt tactical marketing strategy to meet and/or exceed targets and forecasts. Consolidate sales forecasts and support sales with bundling, pricing, and contract strategies. Enhance sales performance and after-sales experience by designing and delivering on product training programs. Work with Sales team on GPO/IDN bids and contracts.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement omnichannel marketing plans and campaigns across assigned product categories with product-mix optimization. Design effective channel marketing strategies to drive leads in support of sales team in meeting quarterly targets. Work closely with digital marketing specialist on social media campaigns and direct marketing.
- Market Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze market research related to customer satisfaction and new product opportunities. Analyse and monitor industry trends and competitor products, pricing and strategies to help Amsino more effectively differentiate and anticipate emerging trends.
Core Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field, MBA preferred
- Work Experience: 3 years' work experience in marketing, sales, or product management, preferably in the healthcare industry or in a B2B environment with a strong track record.
- Personal Attributes: Market-and-customer oriented, strong leader, self-starter and team player with strong written and communication skills; fast worker and learner, open to being coached and developed; and able to connect with others easily. Experience with collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into insights and successful marketing strategies; excellent project management and prioritization skills.
- Computer skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
