We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Systems Support Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripheral devices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer operations, including system support, user account management, and re-imaging / deployment of systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent technical knowledge, and a keen ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the optimal performance of all computer systems.

Key Responsibilities :
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Diagnose, repair, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Ensure computer systems are running efficiently and provide technical support to users.
Hardware & Peripheral Management : Support and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
System Configuration & Deployment : Perform computer re-imaging, system configuration, and deployment for new or upgraded systems. Ensure that systems are deployed according to organizational standards and user specifications.
User / Account Management : Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and related resources in accordance with company policies.
Technical Support : Provide support for various computer programs and systems, responding to help desk tickets, resolving issues, and offering solutions to users.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps, repairs, system configurations, and deployment processes.
