Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients, focusing on manufacturing plants. Over 50% of calls will be cold calls.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Present and demonstrate our products, clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Manage potential and existing customers to explore future opportunities.
- Follow up with clients to secure written Customer Satisfaction references, such as testimonials or reference letters.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and update CRM system with accurate sales activity and client interaction details.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.
What We Require:
- Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Availability to work 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm EST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
