Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Epicor Contractor to support our client's implementation and ongoing use of their Epicor ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Epicor, coupled with a solid grasp of business processes. This role will be based onsite in Austin, TX, and will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of our client's Epicor environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level support for the client's Epicor system.
- Analyze and understand the client's business processes and how they utilize Epicor.
- Participate in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement customizations to Epicor as needed to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
- Document customizations and provide training to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Epicor updates and best practices.
