Amundsen Davis LLC is seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. A strong candidate will demonstrate effective organizational and interpersonal skills. This role is forward-facing as a point person for all Amundsen Davis employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate legal support workflow across several practice areas.
- Track and process attorney continuing legal education (CLE) credits.
- Assist in coordination of employee annual performance review process utilizing the talent management portal in UKG Pro.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to policy, timesheets, PTO accrual, etc.
- Build effective reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendor and team to update and maintain data within the HR management system, including employee updates, PTO accruals, timesheet edits, and other special changes / updates.
- Assist team in coordinating employee engagement events across all 12 offices; sending sympathy / birthday cards and flowers to employees.
- Maintain Firm’s intranet page specific to the Human Resources department.
- Process inquiries related to employment verifications, employee questions, policy questions, etc.
- Provide backup support to pre-hire tasks for new hires including onboarding and orientation.
- Assist Benefits Specialist with open enrollment and other benefit-related tasks as needed.
