About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in managing construction projects efficiently. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple responsibilities, including permitting, contracts, scheduling, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in obtaining and managing project permits.
• Review and track project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and scope of work.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support project managers in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth workflow.
• Adapt quickly to new processes, technologies, and industry changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience with permitting, contracts, scheduling, and reviewing project documentation.
• Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, and scope of work.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• 1 years experience in construction
• 2 years in a similar role working with documentation, contracts, and coordination
