The Role:
We seek a Treasury Analyst with strong analytical skills to drive the transformation of our organization by implementing improved treasury processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global banking services and treasury processes
- Account administration and payment workflows
- Global cash management and liquidity optimization
- Banking and intercompany reconciliations
- Enhance and maintain cash forecasting models (short-term, long-term, and ad-hoc) with variance analysis
- Prepare quarterly bank covenant compliance calculations
- Support the development and implementation of treasury policies to improve governance and efficiency
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to align treasury with corporate goals
- Support other financial reporting and requirements within the department
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of corporate treasury experience, preferably at a public company, including cash forecasting, SOX compliance, and investment reporting
- In-depth knowledge of bank services, cash management structures, account administration, payment processing, and liquidity optimization
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis (Advanced Excel required)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proven experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Results-driven, motivated, adaptable, and an effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
