As a team, we provide a full-cycle recruiting experience while also coordinating and traveling to career events, ongoing recruiting centered projects, data-backed initiatives, and outstanding service to our hiring leaders and candidates.

Each Specialist is a vital member of ATAT providing:
- Conduct multiple telephone/video screens and assessments to identify and promote the best candidates for further consideration
- Source candidates based on job qualifications and specific requirements as directed by the hiring manager
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System
- Attend Career Fairs when/where appropriate
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout their interview process
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all candidates and Talent Advisors
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Educate and influence candidates around Amwins vision, culture and values
- Assistance with various recruiting projects and initiatives as needed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- A passion for people, Amwins, and teamwork
