Job Summary
Provides excellent customer service to field operators throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
Fields calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center providing :
ATS technical support for operators completing the recruitment and onboarding process.
Level 1 support for background check tickets via the First Advantage and Checkr systems.
Facilitates tickets with appropriate technical teams as needed.
Participates in system and technology testing
Provides a high level of customer service
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications :
One to three years in an administrative and / or customer service role
Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
