Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II provides support to the Talent Acquisition Team in assisting the full recruitment cycle process. The qualified candidate will work with the TA Business Partners and TA Managers to ensure our goals are being met.
Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitates the post-offer pre-employment process providing technical and logistical support to assigned TA Business PartnersManages the onboarding process for hires including sending offer letters, compliance requirements, and sending communications to a new hireInteracts with candidates / applicants, hiring managers, payroll, and other partners and external vendors to accomplish tasks and address issues / questionsProvides support to team involving scheduling of events (hiring events, career fairs, etc.)Maintains a candidate tracker, updated daily and shared with key stakeholdersWillingness to provide coverage for other TA Specialists as needed.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience with recruiting information and applicant tracking systemsSuccess Factors experience preferredExperience with background check processing and administrationCustomer-focused approach to building positive relationships and responding to the needs of applicants / candidates, team members, and hiring managersStrong detail orientation follow up and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrates a high level of professionalism and maintains strict confidentiality in all interactions and handling of sensitive information.Ability to work independently, enthusiastically, creatively, and with limited direction while meeting commitments with high-quality standardsProven effective planning and organization skills to work in a fast-paced environment and serve the needs of multiple customers and candidates concurrentlyWillingness to learn and achieve proficiency with new technology tools to enhance efficiency and effectivenessMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GEDKnowledge acquired through up to 12 months of relevant work experienceIntermediate to advanced computer skills is a must with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookPreferred Qualifications
Experience managing high volume of candidates throughout the pre-boarding process.Work Environment
Office Environment; position will sit at our Corporate Office in Charlotte, NCLI-MP1
