Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resource Specialist to join our team at Analygence. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission by providing human resources services to a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop hiring packages, including position descriptions.
- Organize, maintain, and review personnel records, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Enter and retrieve personnel information, as well as prepare organizational charts.
- Manage HR correspondence, providing timely and effective communication.
- Provide information about personnel programs and procedures, ensuring employees are informed and up-to-date.
- Advise management and employees on a wide range of HR issues, offering expert guidance and support.
- Analyze HR data and present findings to leadership, informing strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- A TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required for this position.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree is desirable with 3-8 years of direct experience.
- Extensive experience in human resources, preferably in a federal government or military environment, is essential.
- Knowledge of federal HR regulations, including Title 5, U.S. Code, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Experience with HR systems, commercial or military, is desired.
- Certification in Human Resources, such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR, is preferred.
