Responsibilities:
The HR Field Operations Specialist is responsible for providing HR support to the HR Director and to their assigned nursing centers. This includes day-to-day coordination of HR programs, benefits, orientation, onboarding, and other HR projects as assigned.
- Train centers on how to conduct new hire orientation and ensure compliance with current program.
- Audit nursing centers to ensure HR compliance for all new hires up to and including personnel file audits, background checks, completion of I9 and required training.
- Assist with the administration of leaves of absence and Workers' Compensation.
- Perform audits in area of responsibility to ensure compliance with employee license and/or certification requirements.
- Assist with coordination of Benefit Enrollment and serving as resource for nursing centers.
- College degree in Human Resources or related field or a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
