You will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission by providing a full range of human resources services to a diverse workforce. This includes staffing, personal programs and records, onboarding, and employee relations.

You will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission by providing a full range of human resources services to a diverse workforce. This includes staffing, personal programs and records, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, draft, and edit hiring packages, develop position descriptions.
- Manage the onboarding of new personnel.
- Organize, maintain, and review personnel records.
- Enter and retrieve personnel information, prepare organizational charts.
- Manage HR correspondence.
- Provide information about personnel programs and procedures.
- Advise management and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
- Analyze HR data, present findings to leadership for data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred with 3-8 years direct experience.
- 5-10 years extensive experience in human resources, preferably in federal government or military environment.
- Knowledge of federal HR regulations, including Title 5, U.S. Code preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HR systems (commercial/military).
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred.
