We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Simon Haas Staffing Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals, as well as identifying and establishing partnerships with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source and recruit healthcare professionals, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired healthcare professionals, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
- Utilize Zoho Recruit and Zoho People to manage candidate and employee data, track recruitment activities, and streamline onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Identify potential clients in the healthcare industry and initiate contact to establish partnerships and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for both candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare staffing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit and Zoho People or similar applicant tracking and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
