What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experience Group Home (Assisted Living) House Manager position at Anchor Care Services LLC (Assisted Living)?
House Manager Duties:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a Group home facilities
- Ensure the well-being and care of residents
- Supervise and train staff members
- Coordinate and schedule activities for residents
- Administer medications as needed
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and resident rights
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Handle resident concerns and inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality care
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing operations in a group home/Assisted Living or similar setting
- Knowledge of medication administration
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage Budgeting and resources safely.
- Able to accurately communicate appropriate feedback to the Director and the Nurse Supervisor
