Job Summary
Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Responsible for inputting and analyzing manufacturing data. Identifies manufacturing trends for further discussion with Controllers. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliations of internal accounts.
MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Primary data entry for Company Manufacturing Reporting
- Report on daily manufacturing Key Performance Indicators to senior management
- Assist Controllers in preparation of plant financial statements and Operations reporting packages
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly administration.
- Assists Plant Controllers with monthly and quarterly re-forecasts, particularly in regards to manufacturing information including Utilization, Yield, and Raw Material / Energy Usage.
- Prepare monthly forecasts in the areas of production costs, materials inventories, etc.
- Administer corporate accounting and financial policies.
- Works daily with ERP system to upload budgetary information and report on manufacturing and inventory information.
- Provide support to operations relating to financial management.
- Develop and maintain process measures and financial reports.
- Other Projects as assigned
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate or Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Must possess strong analytical skills and be detailed oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft office including excel formulas
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
