What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care assistance, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with daily activities and encourage their independence.
- Build trusting, meaningful relationships to ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our clients.
- Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.
- We do not offer sleep shifts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience.
- Certifications: CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
- Location: Ability to reliably commute to Holland, MI.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
