Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
Drive sales of pergolas and outdoor structures through direct customer interactions, lead generation, and relationship building.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including homeowners, contractors, landscapers, and commercial clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Customer Engagement & Consultation :
Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them choose the best pergola designs and materials for their needs.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales process.
Team Leadership & Training :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance.
Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success.
Marketing & Networking :
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to expand brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pergola Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team to exceed revenue targets. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of three to five years in Pergola sales. (required)
Proven track record in sales management, with Pergolas in outdoor living.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of construction, and installation is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Travel three weeks per month, including regular trips to the corporate office.
