The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of marketing events, ranging from trade shows and conferences to corporate functions and product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that events align with our branding and marketing goals while also engaging and delighting our target audience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, marketing materials, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies, promotional materials, and communication plans.
- Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential event opportunities, and audience preferences.
- Monitor event timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all details are executed flawlessly.
- Implement and manage pre-event, day-of, and post-event activities, including registration, attendee communication, and feedback collection.

- Assist in the creation of event collateral, presentations, and promotional content for various channels.
