About the Team
The Adult Services department provides comprehensive care for individuals facing severe mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and homelessness. Our team is dedicated to delivering 24 / 7 residential treatment with a multidisciplinary approach that includes clinicians, clinical associates, peer support specialists, and residential services coordinators.
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and operational oversight to all residential staff.
- Oversee system development and maintain consistency in assigned accountability areas.
- Develop and implement integrated performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance of residential clinical records with AKBH policies, COA, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payors.
- Display ethical behavior and comply with all Corporate Compliance, HIPPA, and Security policies.
