We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining customer relationships. The Business Development Representative will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prospect into potential customer accounts and other employers through a combination of email, phone call, and other sales channels.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Provide creative business solutions to customer needs.
- Promote the company with present and potential customers through various marketing programs.
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Sales professional with 3 years’ experience and proven track record of achievement in sales growth and new business development.
- Passionate about the art of selling.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in the material handling industry.
- Travel may be required.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office products
- Provide excellent customer service.
