Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Foster relationships with students to support their emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote healthy habits.
- Provide support for children with special education needs or behavioral challenges.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and individualized instruction strategies.
- Experience in behavior management strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Background in child welfare practices is preferred.
- Previous experience in a private school setting is a plus.
- Ability to integrate physical education into daily activities effectively.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Required)
