Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Project Manager to play a crucial role in the execution of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Senior Marketing Managers to coordinate projects, ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, and facilitate seamless collaboration between the marketing team and other departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and a proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between marketing and other departments (e.g., sales, product, creative).
- Task Management:
- Ensure timely completion of tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide support to team members.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and processes.
- Develop and implement standardized templates and best practices for project management.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of marketing operations.
- Marketing Technology Support:
- Assist with managing and utilizing marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics).
- Provide support to team members in using marketing technologies effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure project success.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, performance, and budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a marketing project management or coordination role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and marketing technology tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
