What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations position at Career Site Brand?
This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of Contract Processors, Latitudes Consultants, and Sales Support Associates (Gifting, Tour Reception, and Sales Administration). The Manager acts as a liaison between the ancillary sales support teams and assists in resolving guest and owner-related challenges. These actions include but are not limited to receiving incoming telephone calls and emails, assisting with walk-in guests, assisting Sales Consultants/Sales Managers, and providing daily anti-rescission efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
- Evaluate Quality Assurance performances weekly in an effort to identify opportunities to reduce sale rescissions.
- Work closely with sales management and sales support team members to resolve customer service issues.
- Oversees implementation of training materials and training techniques, responsible for training of new QAOs and improvement of existing personnel.
- Assists the Sales Training department in evaluating and coaching the Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.
- Assist with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contract, and Quality Assurance.
