Commercial Expansion Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Expansion Specialist to join our team at Anderson Composites. As a key member of our commercial expansion efforts, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding Tier One OEM accounts, and strengthening brand presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Tier One OEM accounts, major aftermarket brands, and industry leaders.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and close deals with large enterprise accounts.
- Lead daily sales activities, including order generation and customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or OEM market.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly with Tier One OEM accounts and major aftermarket brands.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative team approach.
