My Client, a successful food and beverage retail, is seeking an IT professional to support their NetSuite ERP. This organization has a collaborative team of individuals and are on the verge of implementing both an ecommerce and manufacturing technology to improve business processes and further enhance their NetSuite platform.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing and ecommerce technology within NetSuite
- Act as liaison between NetSuite and other departments such as accounting, IT, inventory and warehousing teams
- Work alongside vendor and manage relationship to ensure smooth communication
- Lead and support new IT initiatives, bringing ideas to the table to further support optimization of internal processes
- Define new processes across financials, sales, inventory, among other internal teams
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience as a functional NetSuite Administrator
- Proficiency with creation of saved searches, dashboards and workflows within NetSuite
- Ability to support end-user training
- Experience working within the ecommerce, retail, or manufacturing realm previously
- Prior background within IT and support needed – ideally across general IT, office 365, and network infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
