At our firm, you’ll be the right hand to our lively and dynamic Principals and CEO — ensuring their world runs like clockwork.
- Be the Glue: Keep schedules, meetings, and deadlines on point to ensure efficiency and provide direct administrative support to our Principals and CEO.
- Master the Inbox: Monitor, draft, and prepare correspondence that reflects the voice and vision of our Executives.
- Calendar Wizardry: Run business and personal appointments with finesse, ensuring everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there.
- Travel Virtuoso: Research, book, and manage travel plans across the executive team, provide travel training to company, craft seamless itineraries that keep things moving smoothly.
- Company Ambassador: Research, produce reports, and update presentations/documents in preparation of internal/external meetings as needed. Attend events or meetings as needed.
- Point Person: Be the friendly face and voice between our Principals and clients, teammates, and external contacts, fielding calls and requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Cultural Cheerleader: Keep the energy high and the vibe strong by living and promoting our Core Values every day.
- Event Extraordinaire: Support with company culture by partnering with our senior leadership team and culture and events specialist to offer creative ideas, plan, and execute high-touch, thoughtful company events.
- All-Around Dynamo: Handle administrative errands and tasks with a “no task too small” attitude, making life easier for the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Associates Degree with significant administrative experience or combination of education and experience.
- Proven work experience as an assistant.
- Exercise professionalism and confidentiality always.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management skills combined with a decisive ability to strategically prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable and up to date with the latest office technology and applications.
- Work well under pressure and have a great attitude, glass half-full uplifting
- Readily critique own behavior to acknowledge mistakes and identify opportunities for improvement
