Summary
The Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for providing Administrative and Marketing support to the Sales & Marketing team with a primary focus on website lead distribution, marketing and internal communications support, event coordination, spreadsheet analytics as well as data analytics and reporting. reporting.
Education and Experience
- 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 2 to 4 years of related field experience.
- 2 years demonstrated work experience, preferably in an internal communications and / or administrative function requiring multi-tasking, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook) – especially Excel - required.
- Basic design skills preferred but not required.
- Experience or exposure to website administration and workflow management preferred but not required.
- Proven skills in project coordination and event planning using excel to build lists and databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal).
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, able to proactively recognize and seize opportunities to support the team and work independently.
- Must be a team player, and amenable to a variety of work projects.
- Must be analytical with the ability to work with data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be committed to providing excellent service to internal ‘customers’ and fellow team members, proficient in responding to internal and external customer situations, and efficiently responding to customer needs as required.
