SUMMARY
The highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Specialist will have a proven track record in digital advertising and a passion for leveraging data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional campaign performance.  The Digital Media Specialist will develop, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms to drive measurable results.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute digital media strategies in line with client objectives and budget constraints.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Microsoft Search, Meta, Demand Gen, Performance Max, Programmatic Display, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new target audiences and opportunities for paid media growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, account management, and data intelligence to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI metrics; analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media and advertising.
  • Create and present reports and campaign summaries to clients, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and next steps.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and driving results in paid media campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, and make provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
 
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and internal teams.
 
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
 
Reasoning Abilities
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 
Other Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literate. Experience with MS Office and specific proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are required.   Strong presentation skills preferred.
 
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
