Position Purpose:
The Writer develops compelling content for various platforms to effectively communicate key messages about Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) and Charis Bible College. Deliverables may include print and web-based materials, covering events, products, services, and strategies. The Writer ensures all content aligns with AWM's branding, style, and communication standards.
Essential Duties:
- Write persuasive, conversion-focused marketing copy that clearly conveys value and calls to action.
- Write from source materials and maintain high standards of writing and performance.
- Develop print and digital content that meets communications objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of AWM/Charis products, services, and strategies to inform content creation.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand communication needs and support promotional strategies.
- Uphold high standards of writing and performance across all projects.
- Produce high-quality content, adhering to style and branding guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose content for various audiences and platforms.
- Stay updated on copywriting trends and best practices in marketing and digital content creation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and writing mechanics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new challenges.

Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Writing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- 2 -3 years of experience as a writer or editor.
- Experience with a variety of writing styles: technical, creative, and marketing.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
