Job Description:
The Senior Vice President of Debt Collection is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the Debt Management Department. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and plans to ensure effective collections operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement debt management strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency ratios.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Debt Management Department, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit policies and procedures.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to debt collection.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
