The Vice President, Debt Management Solutions is responsible for leading the Debt Management Department in organizing, planning, directing, and controlling all operations. The incumbent will assist in resolving difficult and complex account situations, perform periodic evaluations of collections policies and procedures, and modify them as needed. Additionally, this role ensures established policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed.

The Vice President, Debt Management Solutions is responsible for leading the Debt Management Department in organizing, planning, directing, and controlling all operations. Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Debt Management Department policies, procedures, and planning.
- Assist the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in developing short and long-term goals and plans.
- Maintain the credit union's targeted delinquency and charge-off ratios.
- Identify trends and report on elements of risk, including delinquency, bankruptcy, repossessions, and foreclosures.
- Execute established operational goals and ensure corporate-wide plans are complemented and supported.
