Qualifications
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented, motivated, and customer service minded Accounts Payable and Receivable person. This position will processes payables and receivables for a fast-paced dealership. They will reconcile all accounts and follow up on any differences. There are various other accounting duties that will occur, so flexibility is a necessity in the accounting office.
Essential Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Maintain and reconcile schedules
- Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
- Complete specific tasks assigned by manager
- Issue checks for payables
- Receipt cash for the dealerships
- Complete daily deposit.
Salary : $20 - $22
