With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsUnder general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, assists the Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Floor Technicians, in the shipping of prescriptions by shipping cycle fills and daily orders, maintaining accurate shipping addresses, and other activities as required.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that orders are shipped using correct method. (Ground, Overnight, Sig Req, 2-day)Maintain a tidy environment so that anyone helping in shipping dept. is able to work efficiently and locate items.Ensure that cold items are sent accordingly and on time.Communicate with processing tech, throughout the day, if something is not shipping when expected and why. The individual must be a high school graduate or have successfully completed a General Education Development program. The individual must complete an approved HIPAA training program.Licenses : The individual must have received their Indiana State Pharmacy Technician license or have applied for a temporary license and must be eligible to receive their license within 30 days of employment.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
