Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote mortgage products and services to current and prospective customers.
- Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing approaches.
- Partner with sales managers and leadership team to identify marketing and advertising opportunities.
- Oversee content creation, including webinars, podcasts, social media, emails, program flyers, and other materials.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
- Manage administration, support, and execution of email campaigns via Pardot.
- Track and analyze multi-channel campaign performance.
- Monitor, review and measure ROI to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Manage the third-party vendor relationships for the marketing department.
