Position Overview
We are looking for a strong leader to serve as the Office Manager for our Fort Worth satellite office (10-15 employees). This person will be the on-site leader of the office, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the firm’s high standards. The Office Manager will oversee staff, enforce policies, handle operational needs, and ensure that attorneys and case managers have the support they need to deliver top results for our clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be decisive, highly organized, and capable of managing both people and operations with authority and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Office Oversight
- Act as the on-site leader and decision-maker for the Fort Worth office.
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and aligns with the firm’s policies and strategic goals.
- Hold staff accountable for performance, deadlines, and professionalism.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Dallas headquarters, ensuring smooth communication.
- Identify and address operational challenges without waiting for direction—take ownership of solutions.
