Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and response times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
