Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
- Update customer information and maintain records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and services to provide informed assistance.
- Handle and resolve customer escalations when necessary.
- Meet performance goals, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
