Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Maintain office cleanliness and appearance, coordinating with cleaning staff or service providers.

Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for senior staff or teams.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure all office policies, procedures, and guidelines are up to date and adhered to.

Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder as needed.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
