Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Airport Snow Removal Foreman based in Denver. Must have heavy equipment CAT Loader experience. And the ability to perform maintenance on machines. Able to work outside in all weather conditions and work long hours. Management and supervisory skills, knowledge of leadership principles, military, oil field, Frac Hands etc. strongly encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will lead a team of snow removal equipment operators, ensuring efficient, timely, and safe snow removal operations across airport runways, taxiways, and other critical aircraft surfaces.
Year round full time position, a significant part of your day will involve hands-on work as you guide your team in effectively managing and maintaining snow removal and heavy equipment. Your technical skills will be essential as you troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues directly on-site, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team of equipment operators
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with airport personnel
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong commitment to safety
- Experience with CAT Loaders, and snow removal equipment is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $67.75 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
