Tax Analyst
We are working with a market leading M&A insurance brokerage seeking a Tax insurance professional in New York. It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to the M&A Tax insurance industry.
About the role:
As an analyst in the Tax team, the Tax Analyst will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to Tax within M&A and corporate transactions.
This role is based in New York with remote-working flexibility. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting Tax reports
- Carrying out due diligence
- Directly supporting the operational side of the Tax team
- Engaging and communicating with clients regarding the administrative side of tax
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings
About you:
Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in English, Operations or Administration within insurance is desirable.
