Responsibilities include:
- Manage a wide range of personal and professional tasks, including scheduling appointments, making reservations, and coordinating household-related needs.
- Oversee complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar and agendas, ensuring seamless planning of meetings, events, and activities while balancing shifting priorities.
- Track and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, keeping comprehensive to-do lists and ensuring timely follow-up on key business and personal commitments.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Strong academic background
- Minimum of 6 months of administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in managing multiple projects under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.
