Responsibilities
- Manage personal and professional tasks, including reservations, appointments, and household needs.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, such as flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and car services.
- Organize agendas, manage calendars, and plan events while prioritizing competing demands.
- Handle wardrobe and style management, including personal shopping, procurement, and wardrobe audits for daily and special events.
- Perform general administrative duties, including recording meeting minutes, data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and mailings.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining diligent tracking of timelines and deadlines.
- Maintain detailed to-do lists for the CEO, noting critical business and personal dates.
- Ensure effective communication with the team to keep all business aspects on track.
- Monitor and grow social media accounts across existing and emerging platforms.
- Perform additional personal, creative, and executive assistant duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Must provide SAT and/or ACT scores for consideration.
- Minimum of 6 months of administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant experience.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confident in managing multiple projects under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.
- Self-starter with an eager, optimistic attitude and a “no task too small” mindset.
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
