Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO in Brooklyn, NY. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including email and calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating hiring efforts, handling payments, and assisting with business operations across multiple ventures in finance, technology, and real estate.
The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism in communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a CEO driving rapid business growth in credit card processing and POS technology development.
What You’ll Do
Email & Calendar Management – Organize inboxes, prioritize communications, and schedule meetings.
Scheduling Business Calls – Set up meetings with partners via Google Meet.
Recruitment & Hiring – Post jobs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
Payment & Financial Support – Write checks and help manage payments to employees/contractors.
Travel & Event Coordination – Occasionally travel for industry events and market shows.
Professional Communication – Maintain a polished and professional tone in all interactions.
