Anjou Spa is hiring a Spa Manager! Please see main duties below to determine whether this could be a good fit!
CLIENT RETENTION & BOOKINGS: Main contact for client feedback and mitigation for bad experiences. Help fill bookings using online tools as well as prebooking methods
RETAIL/INVENTORY: Be point of contact for retail products and oversee inventory and ordering
MEMBERSHIP: Be a point of contact for the Spa Membership program and provide feedback and recommendations to fine-tune the program. Create and manage an effective Membership Program through bimonthly audits, client rapport and training of staff.
WORKFLOW AND INTERDEPARTMENTAL RELATIONS: Input, implementation, retraining and support of “Best Practices” for workflow issues, staff coverage, coordination with other departments and other staffing issues.
MARKETING AND SPECIALS: Seasonal specials will be issued frequently throughout the year. Marketing will notify WD however, staff will need to be knowledgeable and talk to clients about specials. The Spa Manager must follow-up with all staff and make sure they are aware of new specials.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT: The Spa Manager may be assigned specific 3rd-parties as their point-of-contact for direction and orders
REPORTING: Spa Manager should be pulling reports every week to determine if we’re on track with goals and performance as well as take part in creating goals
POS MANAGEMENT: Daily and weekly quality control of appointment schedule on our software.
WELCOME DESK (“WD”): Hiring and Training of WD Staff and their duties as well as 90-day reviews and any disciplinary actions- hold monthly meetings for all desk staff
MASSAGE AND ESTHETICIANS: First point of contact for service providers, assist deptartment leads with reviews and disciplinary actions. Assist in interviews and hirind needs.
POINT OF CONTACT: First point of contact for staff including LMT and ESTO leads.
MARKETING: Minimal marketing i.e Instagram videos some post as well as responding to reviews.
EVENTS: Coordinate and execute community events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
