Summary: Assist Superintendent by providing operational management, business development and leadership by performing the following duties.

Reasoning Ability: Apply understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Identify and resolve problems involving multiple variables in varied situations
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required

A full service members only restaurant. 300 members including families and singles. Located in close proximity to the University of Michigan, and directly across the street from the Universities stadium know as "The Big House." The club is in the City of Ann Arbor which was recently recognized as one of the best places to live in America. Club operates from April through November, and responsibilities are greatly reduced from December to March. Club has been operating successfully for over 100 years, is funded by member contributions, and administered by a member Board of Directors.

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description
Summary: Assist Superintendent by providing operational management, business development and leadership by performing the following duties.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: Includes some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with the scheduling of daily and weekly mowing assignments
- Assist with herbicide application and plant health care needs
- Assist with the establishment of a relationship with clients, field and maintenance staff
- Assist crews with job assignments as needed
- Follow all company policies, procedures and work rules
- Communicate by reading relevant manuals and materials, speaking clearly, distinctively and listening to instructions
- Follow all safety rules and regulations and teach these rules and regulations to other employees
- React appropriately in an emergency situation
- Perform all duties as required
- Report timely and accurately to supervisor
