You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team-oriented goals. You are motivated by the drive to follow through on the leads you convert to get them to closing.
What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session l
Skills You Have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- High school diploma
- Real estate license preferred but not required, if hired you will be expected to earn your real estate license
Other Details:
- Compensation DOE, range from $32,000-$48,000 plus added bonuses with endless potential
- This position will require getting a Tennessee real estate license, but it is not required upon starting the position.
