Training is 40 hours (1 week) of HHA and provided free. Training hours are completed in person and virtually. Job placement is provided once training is complete and background check is clear.

Training Consist of:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities for individuals with special needs
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home environment
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs, as well as any changes in medical condition
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals with special needs and their families
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and medication administration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
